Does God allow suffering?

Hey everybody❤ I hope y'all are good. I'm sure most of us are familiar with that "Ask me a question?" feature on instagram right. So a sister of mine, Nikita (make sure to check her out on the gram @nutellaontoast.xx) started a session with the question "Biggest life Question?". Now one of the people who responded to this sticker asked "Why does God allow suffering?". I guess this got her thinking and she decided to hit me up saying that she'd really like to hear my view on this too. So that's when it got juicy.
Please remember guys that the word of God speaks, reveals itself and inspires us differently. Everything I write on this blog is due to my own personal view on the word of God and how it speaks to and inspires me based on MY relationship with God. It's just an open place for people to layout how they feel and their views :).
So my response to this topic was....
"If you are a believer of Christ then you would understand that our initial suffering began with the sin that Adam and Eve committed. So everything  that is negative that we go through started with them. God didn't stop them because as humans that were created in His image we also have been given power by God. Part of that power is the power of choice. They made the choice to eat the fruit even after they were told not to. Demonstrating that they CHOSE to listen to the devil and not God. Where there's a choice without God's consent, God cannot intervene into your situation. They did not consult God when they made this decision. It even says in the book of Genesis that after they did this, they hid from God because they knew what they had done. So why then should God help and intervene into a situation that he was not intially been involved in? If you get into a situation that could possibly lead you to suffering and you never consulted God then why should He help you? He can only then deliver you once you surrender and acknowledge that you were wrong and that you can't do this thing called life on your own. When you then ask Him to enter your situation let Go and let God, that's when he can step in. God does not dwell where he is not wanted y'all. He comes the moment you acknowledge that you do need Him. Though He never leaves you through it all, He can only work in your life the moment you allow Him to".
She then gave her side by sending me the links to these 2 videos which she felt would better explain how she also felt about this issue.

Basically what these 2 videos are saying is that yes our Initial suffering started with Adam and Eve and when it did God allowed satan to have power over this world, but soon satan's reign will end and Jesus will be King of all. The King of a new Kingdom, a new Jerusalem that Jesus will rule over and there will be no suffering and those who have chosen to follow Him and live by His Father's word will dwell in it. All this will happen after the Armegaddon (in the New Testament, the last battle between good and evil before the Day of Judgement).

So from all of this I have come to understand that suffering and pain is only temporary. This is a very broad topic and I feel like part of it can also be explained by my "For His Glory" post which you should check out. Soon it'll all be over. However, while we are this earth if we want to make it through we need to involve God 100% in our lives. We are on this earth but not of it.
Stay strong and God Bless you❤
